Sandoz strives to make the electronic exchange of documents as easy as possible for our customers. We find that one of the best ways to keep it simple is to adhere to the ANSI ASC X12 format. Sandoz does not send customized data and we urge our customers to do the same. However, we will gladly work with our customers to meet their special needs.
